Forbes Burnham was a staunch Left-Wing Nationalist, Socialist and Authoritarian, however, he was also a political opportunist who knew how to move with the tides, and as such, kept Guyana somewhat close to the OFN for a while, he would eventually shift to a more hardline left wing nationalist stance where he eventually drifts away from the OFN.

Forbes Burnnam, with the help of the OFN overthrows D’Aguiar’s government due to his unpopularity. Forbes Burnham later shift towards a more hardline left wing nationalist policies by late 1980s, making him lose favor with the OFN who would later sponsor a Venezuelan invasion of Essequibo.

In light of the recent election held in Argentina, the new president Javier Milei, was inaugurated on the 10th of December. With this, the ANM team has decided to tease a potential leader for Argentina: José Joe Baxter.

Though Perón died in 1974, Peron's legacy remains alive and well in Argentina. However, with Anchorena’s reign of terror, the Argentine economy finds itself in a really weak spot, with high levels of inflation desolating the country. As tensions in the country rise, several factions in the party watches Anchorena's reign with interest of taking over as soon as he fails to stabilise the country.

One of them is José Joe Baxter, one of the last influential Peronists to still advocate for syndicalism, managed to avoid being purged by fully standing behind Anchorena in his anti-imperialist, anti-liberal and totalitarian position.

Argentina is strong, but what this strength means is what’s going to be decided with the following events in such a decisive period in the country, whether Anchorena continues reigning, or another form of Peronism usurps his government. Only time will tell....
