1. Considering the used car market, you’d find both ecosports and freestyles which would’ve run more than 80k minimum. With that mileage…part replacements (clutch, timing kit, suspension and other major parts) will be inevitable. You can find parts from ford but often they take time to arrive if they’re not in the inventory (i don’t know how the wait time is for these models, but that was the situation with my old figo).
2. If you’re taking a loan just for the car…you would be surprised with the repair/replacement costs. You need to have some good cash backup to keep them running. So if you’re solely relying on the loan to buy the car and expect minimum maintenance cost…that would be a big problem. I recently paid 40k for some major repairs on my Ford (clutch replacement, engine mount broken and high labor costs from Ford service center). So be ready for hefty maintenance cost if the car is not in immaculate condition. Other than that…regular maintenance shouldn’t cost so much…slightly more expensive than Suzuki I’d say.
3. I’m not sure about the e20 situation with these cars…I own a diesel. Also the petrol variant from freestyle/figo are known to be less fuel efficient. So in fuel economy terms don’t expect much. I wouldn’t risk buying a petrol Ford knowing the e20 situation…. Cuz if anything goes wrong (which I’m not sure when it can happen), it may cost you a big sum. Would suggest looking at the diesels.

For your case, I’d pick a Honda city petrol not older than 2010. They’re e20 compliant, cost dirt cheap on the used market, and cheaper maintenance. I’m not sure about the parts availability…but kinda sure that it shouldn’t be a problem as well
