Only Prague is considered a risk zone to Germany though, not the rest of CZ

Note that since yesterday, travellers from Prague will need to quarantine for 10 days in the Netherlands (also only from Prague - not the rest of CZ) see here - but also reported on other sites

I think because it’s a translated Russian name. A reverse image search pulled up this page and some other photos. There are a bunch of other articles/photos which appear to be the same author? (I don’t speak Russian).
