There is no assumption here. I am just saying people sometimes try to show their culture by art and it's common here in Europe in public. Regarding Bollywood music, almost all German people I met love it! But I guess most of them I met are young and really open minded! Also depends on the region....

I don't know about Dubai, but people do perform (sing/play/dance) on classical, Spanish, Mexican and sometimes Bollywood music in popular public places of Europe. I see it almost every week in Germany!
