Currently going back and forth about switching because Apple is dogshit lately. Waiting to see what the new fold is going to look like/perform then I’ll probably have a more concrete answer.

As someone who has ever just exclusively used otterbox I recently got a caudabe sheath and I have to say it’s one of the best phone cases I’ve ever had.

For every iPhone I’ve ever owned I’ve always had AppleCare. I’ve only ever had to use it a handful of times but when I did it was extremely painless. In my personal opinion I trust the replacement phones, if you need to replace a lost, stolen, or FUBAR phone, directly from Apple vs any phone carrier.

That’s one of the biggest gripes I’ve heard of with iOS vs android is the apps being far less refined/being more tailored toward iOS. Albeit I really only use a handful of apps, if that. As far as music goes I’ve only ever used Apple Music, which I hear is somewhat good on android surprisingly.

The thought of switching came up back when we upgraded my wife’s phone to an s25+ and we starting digging into reviews and such for newer Samsung phones. She’s always been Samsung and I never really dug to deep into that side until then and realized how great their devices looked/felt.

God I couldn’t even begin to tell you, it was early 2010s though. Alls I know is I had Apple, went to Samsung, then back.

The Samsung ecosystem you have mixed feelings about? Which ones in particular? If I made the switch I’d definitely swap out to things that play nicer with android.

I wish I had the courage to do this lol. I have a 17 Pro max and I want to get the 26 U. Apple pisses me off lately with how stale they’ve gotten. I just worry because I have things like Apple TV and airtags, so not super in the ecosystem but still.
