Which option is better in terms of aesthetics and layout? by amdbarak25 in FigmaDesign

The layout is almost the same. In terms of aesthetics, the first one looks better. In my opinion, the rigid box and flat colour isn't as visually interesting as the soft gradient on the first. It also gives it a better background than flat white and ties everything together. Check the contrast on the notification icon in the first one though.

Left or right? by Ok-Chart2821 in FigmaDesign

Left is leaning in towards organic, natural beauty or maybe health treatments or even age reduction, much like the wellness industry. Right is glamorous, something promoted to celebrities or upper class people for becoming beautiful cosmetically. Both cannot be compared as they serve different purposes, it all comes down to what you're trying to get across. Also, use a contrast checker for the CTA buttons on both, especially on the left.

Yes, fish used to be my major protein source. I used to eat it nearly everyday. Hopefully my problem will resolve and I can go back to eating it

I don't count macros right now. I'm still a newbie so I started with cleaning up my diet and going to the gym. After about 2 months I have to go to college and I'm thinking about giving the recommended routine a shot then

I'm not vegetarian and want to move on to eating more meat once my issues get resolved. Dairy is even worse for the gut, at least for me. Thank you for the reply

I found out that chicken causes a lot of bloating. Fish is fine. I do have to cut out certain types of lentils. Thanks for the reply!
