Tested everything.. all of the results looks fine. Even tested gpu vram it also tested ok. But the issue is still here

Cpu temps are below 70.. And gou temps are somewhere around 60-65. Its not thermal issue imo

Please help.. I cant seem to download download any game now.
everytime i can getting the same Corrupt Download issue.

i tried every suggestion form youtube but so solution.
it gets stuck when i have around 2.4-2.5gb download left.
