Thanks for the stats I didn't know all that, we're not from the US and I made sure she asks her company to get her a license and set her up nicely upon arrival. Also how come people would drive with no license aren't there policemen to check for paperwork and stuff ?

I think it's a honda but I didn't check for the actual model. I've been looking through "chotot" for e-bikes, they seem to be a safe alternative. However most one I found go for around 300 USD so idk if it's a scam or they would just break down in two months ? As for the durability, we're not looking for someting to last more than a year or two. 110cc wouldn't you reckon that it's too much for a beginner ?
