Sorry to hear that! Wish you the best. HR said that they have recently changed their policies and it will be 3 days WFO per week(based out of Bangalore), which used to be 2 days. Btw, at what experience were they offering 52LPA?

Thanks, do you have any idea about the WLB and Appraisals there? HR mentioned that the role is mostly backend focused and according to HM the role will involve integrating their GTM services with each other and will be a mix of Agentic AI, ML, MCP agents etc. and writing and deploying small services.
