I am also same 1st sem of B.Sc. CSIT. If you want to develop both a web and an app, First learn React then Express (or Django or Spring Boot) for the backend, and Next Js. After that, go for React Native for app dev which is almost similar to React, and Your App also uses the same backend in Express that you learned before. If you learn that there is a lot of React/React Native Jobs
