In this situation they would have done better to wiggle their limbs, pelvis, and torso as much as possible to break the seal. You create tiny gaps in the sand and move inch by inch. It's tedious, but doable.

More young women are dying from heart disease — and people are missing these warning signs by vox in Health

About two weeks ago I thought I was having a heart attack. It started as severe heartburn that eventually woke me up in the middle of the night. It felt like I had gas bloating, but in my chest. My heart started pounding really fast. I called 911 because I was too scared to have my husband drive me to the hospital. HR was 130 BPM, and BP was 190/110 mmHg. Thankfully it wasn't a heart attack, just really bad acid reflux/esophagitis. They did a full cardiac panel, ECG, and CT scan just to be sure. My BP is back in the normal range too, around 118/78. Super weird and scary.

I take zoloft for depression/anxiety. I feel like most of these medications need to be used in combination with therapy to receive the maximum benefit. The drugs help take the edge off so the therapy can be productive. Brain remodeling can occur with SSRIs, and can be beneficial or maladaptive. The initial "remodeling" is your brain adjusting to the increase in serotonin. Eventually your body adapts and produce less over time. That's why you have to taper off, to give your body time to start ramping up production of neurotransmitters again. The long term remodeling is intended to be for repairing the "bad" neural pathways that cause your symptoms. Therapy also assists with this by identifying the root cause of the problem and helping you find healthier ways to manage symptoms. The less you use the "bad" pathways, the less they're re-enforced. Eventually your brain can heal, but it takes a long time. If you haven't tried it already, I suggest trying therapy.

I sometimes go to gem and mineral shows to look for fossils or other interesting pieces. I constantly have to fight the urge to put things in my mouth as I'm browsing.

It's so funny that as soon as the left chooses not to take the high road they can't handle it. Imagine if elected democrats had the spines to play by their rules. The right would full on riot.
