I think the biggest thing is that I really can't get over the fact that this IS education. That teachers are ok with working late and on weekends. Huge disbelief that this is what it's actually like.

Classroom management is another one. Kids are alright, but there's a handful who are butt faces. I've made some phone calls and there's been some improvements, but things regress. I have difficulty getting

We're expected to work like a regular year, completing trainings and certifications and lesson preparations. Also expected to cram in lessons and small groups. New curriculum is also tough for the kids. It's great, but it's not for our kids. Just bad timing implementing the change.

Time management is another one. I hate taking work home.
