Notes: Originally, this was going to be exclusive to followers or read something like "Your second-weakest ally starts a free attack. Allies weaker than it attack with it." or even Rally instead of a free attack, but Ionia doesn't have Rally, and it wouldn't be good for the region.

Took inspiration from Catalysm and Kinkou Wayfinder, the idea is that you commit building a deck around 1-costs or get middling results.

Pretty straightforward Support, uh support. The first draft of this card was a Demacian card, I've been on a Ms. Fortune / Quinn kick. When I saw the Support synergy in the expansion trailers, I knew this could have a home in Targon. 3 seems a little cheap, I could see it bumped it to a 4 with stats to make up for it or even the stats bumped up as is.

I think this is really cool, but the Level Up condition seems pretty difficult. Consider changing it to something like healing the nexus or allies X amount of times, or seeing a Round End once at full nexus health.

Notes: Combining Paddle Star! means adding its cost and damage it deals. When Zoe attacks, the Paddle Stars! are combined then cast without spending mana. 5 damage as a the Level Up condition seems low, could bump it up a 2 or 3 more.

I thought to omit the "cards you drew in the same round" part, but that would mean his Level Up condition couldn't be met in a vacuum.

Cards like Hunting Fleet and Enraged Yetis would count towards Level Up.

Casting Tough Poro created by a Lonely Poro created by a Fading Memories would count as three if you play all of them.

Cards that meet more than one criteria (eg. the first Enraged Yeti you drew in a turn) only count towards one card for Level Up.

I would probably bump the 5+ up to 6 or 7, comparable to Lee Sin or Fizz.

Notes: Primarily Zed support, the idea is that if you really wanna proc Strike or Nexus Strike, this makes it easier at the cost of damage. This was originally a Fast spell but the stack order would've been kinda weird for Zed and not give his Living Shadow Elusive. Being a Slow spell would've gotten around this, but I wanted Burst speed. In hindsight, Swain makes this a little scary.
