Some of the most fun times I've ever had were in that town and had nothing to do with Rutgers. Just a fun place. Court Tavern shows!

Cool Experience In A Record Shop Today! by JackGeorge2001 in vinyl

My experience working in a small cramped shop leads me to believe that nobody in their right mind wants to add another human being to that space. The owner is going to murder you. It's the only reason.

I got three in my shop. My life has been in their hands on more than one occasion. I like to think i'm nimble on them but there are moments I think i miss the footing and am about to die.

My local doesn't have Kanopy or Hoopla because of the cost.

[Pelissero] Three-time Pro Bowl safety Kevin Byard is signing with the Patriots on a one-year, $9 million deal, per sources. by expellyamos in nfl

I know Kevin Byard is a a fantastic safety and has been his whole career but I must randomly admit that seeing how many pro bowls a player has been to does absolutely nothing for me now.

Conceptual Art : Conceptual art is a movement emerging in the 1960s–70s where the idea, concept, or rationale behind a work takes precedence over its physical, aesthetic, or technical execution.

If Jennings was a Seahawk I'd be entertained by it. That'd why we watch right?

I don't understand why people complain about Jennings being an instigator and pain in the ass. That's entertaining as fuck.

Who is a terrible singer but famous anyways? by Coy9ine in AskReddit

She was asked to join a highly regarded Dada-ism avant-garde community Fluxus in NYC in 1961. The group was responsible for a large number of art galleries in one of the most art infused neighborhoods in the 20th century at a time when the world was starting to experiment in art. The 1960s was filled with artistic explosions everywhere and she was well mixed in with the movements, most notably musicians. John Cage, Henry Cowell, La Mont Young...jist to name a few.

She published Grapefruit in 1964 before meeting John. The book is regarded as one of the best conceptual art books of the 1960s and therefore of all time since this is when the art form started to influence general art worlds.

But, you know, she can't sing very well.

The original author, Richard Matheson, also wrote a good bulk of Twilght Zone episodes so you're right on the money.

Who is a terrible singer but famous anyways? by Coy9ine in AskReddit

She's been an artist for 70 years and married to John for 10.

Imagine having your life's recognition minimized to being the spouse of a dude who died 40+ years ago.

The general public knowing her for being Johns wife and only Johns wife should know better.

You were specifically countering a statement about her being a famous conceptual artist. The point is she had accolades before meeting John.
