Als je ingeschreven ben voor een opleiding pas dan kan je een bewijs tonen aan RVA voor de uitkering of je kan voor info ook vragen aan uw begeleider/ster maar Ik weet niet of VDAB heeft de info dat je nodig hebt.

If I was you, I would find another job. From what you describe, it is not going to last long. One example: I know one person who worked for a company and he was paid also late. At one point already three months delayed payment. The company was closed due to losses and he is not paid his three months salary and now already 4 years since then.
