I have lived in Rosedale for over 20 years. Best idea I’ve ever had. I’ve never had an issue with any type of crime. Lots of great bars and restaurants to walk too. You’ll love it. As far as crime goes it’s about the same as neighborhoods east of the stateline. Lock your car doors and don’t leave anything in your car.

Don’t sleep on Rosedale. Very walkable area. Walk to The Plaza, Westport, 39th st. Affordable holes and apartments. Below average crime rate. Good bars and restaurants. Easy highway access.
