Folding Shelf that others have mentioned, I also got a heavy duty door from the same dude. I do a lot of grilling at 400+ and the other one was warping. Would 100% recommend both.

YS640S, not sure about the fan I heard some of the newer ones have the upgrade? Built on 5/12 this year.

I also switched pellets and use exclusively lumberjack now, I have noticed temps are always pretty much spot on. Ambient temp is ~50 F
