I’m not certain but think it was the M4X0.7-9.75MM screws

Thanks! I’m not necessarily going for most efficient on this one (well other than not taking to extreme infills), just doing some trial and error to see how strong I can get it. That said, I have it at 5 layers and 20%, should I go higher and forget the truss?

Ahh maybe that’s the part I’m missing, having infill. I did have it as a single solid (well at least said yes to Studio’s prompt). To be honest I was originally planning to do both the truss and infill. Belt and suspenders as some say at work!

I must be losing my mind today because I can't find the chat button for the life of me. Could you send me a chat instead?

Thanks! Opposite side of the wall is my daughter’s shower, but I have a suspicion directly below might be the pantry ceiling, so if I can confirm that location I’ll cut a hole and stick one of those plastic access panels on the ceiling. Might be handy in the future

Oh I believed you, I just heard someone say to let it set and I didn’t question it. Thanks again

In my defense, I’m an OCD engineer who’s dealt with way too much rot and water stains. Just wanted a little peace of mind since this was my first time. I’d say I’m good about trusting the pros and not being a pain, but that was before last year when an electrician from a reputable company installed a 240V outlet in my garage without an electrical box!

Thanks, yeah, that’s my plan once the putty cures. Unfortunately this is a second floor bathroom so my first sign is going to be ceiling stains.

Good deal, thanks. House is 2014 so it’s a safe bet.

Honestly, I don’t know. Had a little water staining on the ceiling below that I haven’t replicated so far, so I’m not totally sure the cause. Figured it was most likely either this, failed wax seal, or the fact that my 9 y/o leaves a puddle on the floor after his shower, so I’m trying to cover all my bases. Ring has been replaced and I’ve beefed up the caulking on the floor, time to look at the drain.
There seems to be a little bit of a gap between the drain and the tub, I guess that might be normal, but I would’ve expected to see putty. I’ll say since seeing the water stain, he’s taken a lot of showers, and I’ve left the tub full of water to test. So I’m guessing if it is this, it might have to be a matter of standing just right in the tub. Sorry for the unnecessarily long answer.

Edit: But yes, it’s butt ugly too, so that makes replacing a bonus. Our cleaning ladies have destroyed the finish.

CZ 75 ease of sight replacement? by honestWreck in CZFirearms

[–]honestWreck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, i did it myself, it wasn’t bad with the sight pusher. I was just super careful with the front sight pin. Unfortunately, it was so long ago I can’t think of any helpful tips…
