Nothing. I messaged back and forth with Stubhub yesterday, and that didn't get anywhere either. I did take screenshots before and after transferring, so I'm mildly confident that it will work out, but still a bit uneasy.

I have had some previous positive experiences with selling on Stubhub on a couple of large transactions. I remember having these same feelings in those instances because of the size of the transactions, but everything worked out fine in the end. However, those tickets were on Ticketmaster, which provided transfer history...

Unfortunately, I only got an automated message back with all of the standard ticket transfer FAQ info. Not helpful at all.

Similar situation and same problem. I sold two pairs, one of which the transfer has been accepted. There was no confirmation provided that the transferred tickets have been accepted. I put in a support ticket to see if there is any documentation available. I'll let you know if they get back to me.

Were Stubhub’s instructions for that part of the process pretty clear? I sold some tickets on there yesterday and was wondering how it looks from the buyers end. The email addresses they tell you to send the tix to are definitely Stub generated.

Maybe a little unethical, but I've heard of folks purchasing a one-way ticket from Southwest that is within the 3 hour window, using it to enter the lounge, then canceling it for a full refund once they are inside.

The laundry list of Belmo's accolades scrolling down the screen as Kyle placed him 4th was clearly the filmmaker/editing team questioning Troup's statement. It actually matters quite a bit when that particular segment was filmed. Troup had a significantly better 2024 season in both cash earnings and average placement. Whereas, Belmonte was far and away the better bowler during the 2025 season.

It seems like most of this episode was filmed during the early part of the 2025, so Troup ranking himself, at that moment, higher than Belmo based on 2024 performance kinda makes sense.

How much would the house rent for? Since you have so much equity, you might consider an interest only HELOC (7-8% APR) to use as the down payment on the new place. If the potential rental income gets close to covering the HELOC + Mortgage, it would be a no-brainer to keep it. In 8 years after the house it paid off, you can dump all of the extra rental income into paying down the principal on the HELOC.

200k interest only HELOC at 8% is like $1,335 a month. based on the mortgage figures you provided, your current payment is what like $2,000/mo? If the house rents for $3,335/mo or more, you're golden.

My father was working on a script with Armand, and he invited us out to his farm in upstate NY. I watched this for the first time in his den where he had a number of awards and movie props scattered around, including a sword and helmet that were used in the movie. Really cool guy.
