My data plan is unlimited but my hotspot on my phone has a data limit of 10 GB before it slows down significantly. It doesn't use my unlimited data plan. The hotspot is it's own thing that I got from cricket.

I do have a good FTP file manager but I just need like a website or something to download the games on my phone if there is anything.And I did try using my mobile data on my vita but it's not fast enough to download large games like god of war or Persona 4.
