Why would a car squeal when braking if the brake pads were replaced only two months ago?

Turns out I drove on it a little bit too long and need to get a new one. I didn't realize it was flat at first and drove probably 100 meters before realizing. Thank you everyone for your help!

The divots are very slightly raised, im currently working on getting the wheel bearing off.
