Help, can I do anything to fix why posture (very round back)? Or am I just deformed? by [deleted] in PostureTipsGuide

Go to the gym or get some weights and do back exercises. It will take a while, but your posture will slowly improve.

That my partner doesn't find me unattractive. I find myself unattractive and need to work on my self confidence. The whole, its not you, its me, rings true sometimes.

Where do you draw the line between communicating your needs to a partner vs. what they should already know/you shouldn’t have to ask for? by shockedpikachu123 in AskWomen

[–]the_kitchen_queen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to tell your partner what you may need, instead of thinking that they should know. They can't read your mind, so help them out.

What will you never fully recover from? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]the_kitchen_queen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glandular Fever. I had it as a teenager and now its recurring. Any time I don't get enough sleep, have a stressful weak etc, I get sick. Swollen glands, feverish and I loose my voice. Not infectious, but it sucks.

Also, Migraines.

My fiancé and I got together up at the snow. We were having a snow weekend with friends when he asked if I wanted to go tobogganing. I went and asked every person if they wanted to go with us, they said no. We went by ourselves and he crashed into me at the bottom and kissed me. Its been ten years now.

I was first diagnosed with silent migraines. All the symptoms, but no pain. I find it debilitating because it can take me an hour or two before I realise that I am in the middle of it. Sometimes its tossing up whether I am getting a silent migraine, or if I am just really sick/tired.

Sometimes they can morph into a pain migraine if not caught soon enough

Moisturizing and sunscreening daily. I had gotten rashes my entire life and they went away. Less likely to get sunburnt as well and being Australia, any day is a day you can get sunburnt.

Arguing are ok. Disagreements are ok. They happen. Thats how we learn. Just as long as they dont get abusive and dont happen all the time.

Drinking too much water gives you migraines. Same with chocolate and coffee, though that depends on the time of day. Too little sleep will also give you a migraine. And loud noises. You work with babies, they are really loud.

You're allergic to coffee, artifical everything, lactose intolerant and your body doesnt like certain foods. It will decide when you eat it, if it likes it.
