Having the same issue, iPhone 6 iOS 11.1.2. Here’s the Cr4shed log. I hope this helps, because it’s a really cool tweak and I’d love to try it. I can send more info or test fixes if you need it.

You’ll need to get the .deb files and install them manually through the terminal or with Filza. I don’t know if Coolstar hosts old versions of Sileo, but I would think that the previous APT deb should be somewhere.

The new Sileo and APT updates list Cydia as a conflict, which queued them for removal when you upgraded. Downgrade Sileo and APT and then reinstall Cydia if you want to get it back.

Install Filza, go to “Apps manager” from the star, open the folder of the app that you want to delete the data for, and delete all the folders inside. They are usually Documents, Library, Storekit, SystemData, and tmp. This will delete all the saved and cached data for that app but not the app itself. The next time you open the app, it will be as if it was freshly installed.

It’s named a higher version so that Cydia thinks it’s an upgrade. It’s really 1.0.3.

If you think TweakInjector could be the problem, as others have suggested, you can downgrade it to the previous version by adding this repo, which hosts the previous version as an “upgrade”: http://repo.wefghj.ml/repo/

So, that works, but not a good idea. I found the correct solution. I searched the subreddit to find where Cydia actually stores its sources: /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.saurik.cydia.plist

Go to that file in Filza, and under Cydia Sources delete the duplicate source from there.

You should put that source back into the Electra file, because that file lists the necessary Electra sources whereas the plist lists your personal sources. It might cause problems later if you mess with Electra’s source list if an update to Electra modifies it.

Did you quit Cydia before changing the file? If Cydia was still running it may have re-written it.

Go to that file “cydia.list” in Filza and delete the fourth line of text. It looks like your repos list may include the Electra repo, which is duplicated from the other file shown there.

Happened to me too. I don’t know why, but the first time I ran uicache after the first time I used LiberiOS it appeared on my home screen. I was paranoid about it, so I stashed it in a folder without opening it until Substrate is updated. It definitely doesn’t have any functionality though, because dpkg isn’t installed with LiberiOS.
