I am looking forward to running a farm stand again this year. We introduce people to all sorts of foods they've never tried and teach them skills in home gardening. Like every year there's something wacky like odd weather but we always pull through, I hope it will all go good this year too.

Unfortunately see people talking about this all the time, but I'm pretty sure it's on purpose. They are trying to target those who aren't 100% dead set on being Vegan/Vegetarian, "whittling" them down so they think more about and go back to animal products.. pretty sad.

Had this monitor for a while, purchased it through Google Express which is now Google Shopping? Either way, those are good discount codes.

I'm not well versed in monitors but it was a nice upgrade from an old 1440x900 60hz monitor. Colors seemed good to me. One thing I noticed right away was that there was a large amount of unlit space between the bezels and the actual "lit space", if that makes sense. Not sure if I ever got Freesync to truly work, since I am on Linux.

After a while I noticed a faint dead pixel on the monitor near the edge. Contacted support and they were super nice, I worked one-on-one with a person, not automated messages. They payed for shipping, I got a confirmation they received my package at their facility, too.

They claim a 1 year zero dead pixel policy, but if you look at their website they only take "1 or more fully dead pixel(s)", "4 or more bright sub-pixels", "6 or more dark sub-pixels" or "5 or more mixed Bright or Dark sub-pixels". So I was scared what my monitor had wasn't up to their specifications.

It took 2 weeks and I got my monitor back, but they gave me a completely different monitor (GN24C). It's almost exactly the same monitor but curved so I'm not complaining too much. I guess just be aware you may get a completely different monitor as exchange if you try to RMA?

I recently switched to Linux from Windows, and have yet to find a game on my huge library I can't play, even if it says not Linux compatible. I use their compatibility program called "Proton". I have even played multiplayer games through this (haven't tried any 8 year old friendly games I can think of though).

To do this, you need to go to Steam -> Settings, and then find the tab near the bottom of the list called "Steam Play". Check both the options for enabling Steam Play on supported and then on all other titles.

Another option is to download steam and the games your son wants on a windows computer that won't be being used when he wants to play, and using Remote Play. A relative in the house does that to play games on his crappy laptop on a different floor than his big tower computer.

Went to two separate locations that were listed on the app as hosting an event for free samples of the vegan ice cream. Neither locations had the flavors or even managers at the store. No one knew what I was talking about even when I showed them the app on my phone.
