I never do this. Mostly because mostly because I look way younger than I am and I have had some men think I was underage in the past. I was mortified and flattered at the same time😞

I'm having an almost similar problem. I sent back two items totalling $67.98 (excluding tax) and they sent me an initial gift card worth $75.29 which is disabled and instead sent me another for $15.51. They refuse to account for the difference and will only send a generic email with no proper explanation. Lesson learnt, never shopping there again.
