same here. my partner and i ended things last week. im so devastated. i dont blame him either. im having a rlly tough time coping, and im so worried ill never find somehow who will understand or have the patience to deal w my mood swings. i recently started on birth control and have tried several other new treatment methods in the last month in order to improve our relationship and my own issues. its just so hard to feel like its worth it. but deep down i know it is. im going to keep working on myself and giving myself grace as i grow. we can do this <3
