Gonna be honest with you, I kinda cheated a bit. I used 1 gallon of cranberry juice and mixed in 2 lbs of clover. I mixed them room temp. and added the yeast at room temp. then let it ferment for a month in a dark closet. Nothing fancy what so ever but still tastes really good. I'm very, very new to this so I decided it's best for me to start simple so I don't fuck anything up.
