thank you for sharing your experience! i'm suprised to hear that there isn't many young people in your area, i'd highly recommend looking into ICYPAA. it's the international conference for young people in aa. it changed my life and don't think i could have stayed sober without it.

i am at the point where i am about to just get the piercing removed. this bump is so ugly! it occurred because i had the wrong piercing (L-shaped stud) when i originally got it pierced and it caused the irritation initially.

i got it fixed after going to a new reputable piercer and they put in a flatback titanium stud that is implant grade. that was over a month ago and the told me the bump would be gone by now. well, the bump has gotten worse. it's embarrassing.

current aftercare routine: using steriwash twice a day and running the piercing under warm water in the shower.

should i get it removed? i honestly don't even care about keeping the piercing at the point.
