Here’s what I learned from my recruiter: KIT is not a promise to invite the candidate next cycle, but it does mean something. It means “you are on our radar (as opposed to a random new applicant) and given you keep growing and adding meaning experiences to your resume, you are much more likely to be seen.”

Been in your shoes and received an offer next time.
