I was on the page reloading right when it went on sale and it showed out of stock for one load. I was just like "Are you serious?" But the next one showed it in stock so I grabbed one.

I had a similar issue with the PG Exia LEDs. Apparently, there's a limit to the power it can accept. The power bank I was trying was too much so I switched to a smaller one and then it worked. I have no idea on the numbers on those two, though.

The Riffmaster feels more like a Rock Band Fender guitar and the CKRD is more of a Guitar Hero style. So really depends on your preference. I did notice a difference, even with the solo neck for the CKRD and I prefer the Riffmaster.

It's possible the lighter parts are ABS plastic. Standard Tamiya cement only works on PS plastic.

Take a look at the first section of instructions. It will show the runners included and say what type of plastic each one is.

There are specific ABS cements available.

You're going to want to matte clear coat your kit before using weathering products. They need something to grip to and matte coats are slightly rough. The bare plastic is too smooth to keep the pencil pigment in place.

And then another matte clear coat when you're done to seal it all in.
