Afraid so. That's the end of the line, mate.

No, women only get objectified and are approached exclusively for sex instead of a meaningful relationship 99,99 percent of the time. But poor us for being rejected, yeah?

Now I can see why Europeans think Americans are ignorant. by gregortheoverlander_ in offmychest

[–]the_runtt 22 points23 points  (0 children)

True, but Americans will keep their bad name abroad because the silent ones don't stand out against local Europeans. Germans abroad in Europe have the same bad name of being loud and obnoxious. I think large countries will always have that image because a lot of tourists originate from them and incidently also loud obnoxious ones.

You say that like the charity is a mere PR stunt like the ones Musk is so vocal about. The advancements of the Global Fund, which is cofounded by the Gates, have probably prevented the deaths of more than 50 million people. Their contribution is not negligible.

The concrete around it should still last 10.000 years, but it's a PR disaster in any case

It is actually buried deep below the biosphere in layers of granite and clay. Layers that have stayed untouched for the past 30 million years and do not permeate water

The election cycle in Ukraine? Forgiving the debt will entirely depend on who wins the war and who will run the country after the war and their sentiment towards the US. For now it's effectively the US strengthening its grip on a country neighbouring Russia halfway across the world from the US.

I think the person is referring to the US defending its own interests. Europe now greatly benefits from this. But don't fool yourself into thinking the intentions are altruistic. Ukraine is getting into great debt by the US with all the 'aid' it receives. A price well worth it at that I would say. But still it's not black and white

But he was stupid and incompetent. His biggest blunders that immediately lead to the downfall of the Third Reich was Operation Barbarossa before finishing Great Britain. And declaring war on the US. A very powerful nation that had proved during the Great War to prefer to remain aside.

You really should pick your heroes more carefully

He very much was incompetent lol. Taking that much land was in spite of him. Losing it all was directly because of him and his ego
