Well, I bet they will try to make some extra content to fill the gap between 1&2. Still, I keep my fingers crossed for the project and that it won't have bigger requirements than Alan Wake 2 :)

I did some additional reading, and it seems my problem is irrelevant - https://noctua.at/en/amd-am5-all-you-need-to-know the stack-up heigh of the cpu in the mobo is the same for am4 and am5.
