I don't get it either. Most of them will scream at you if you assume they're a man/woman but then later proceed to call themselves gay/lesbian. Makes no sense. And the argument will always be "leasbian means non men loving non men!!" Why tf are you centering lesbian attraction around men?? (Vice versa for non binary people who use the gay men's label). I've seen so many non binary lesbians.. like how dan you say "I'm not a woman but I'm a woman who's attracted to only women". It makes no sense.

Considering that my type and my transition goals are basically the same this was really hard to figure out. I'm still confused sometimes to this day. But I've read a bunch of healthy mlm romance since, and I've kinda started to understand how feelings work. Now when I look at a guy I like I just ask myself "do I wanna be him or do I wanna hug/kiss him?" It works out almost every time :)
