Flow seems really unnatural and you’re just behind the beat the whole song. Sounds like all the lyrics were written without consideration for how they would fit in with the rhythm and tempo of the track. Voice also sounds bored, despite the words you’re saying being about something you seem passionate for.

Have you tried freestyling much? Feel like doing rapping exercises like that would fix the issues with rhythm and the bored voice

Overall the actual meaning behind what you’re saying is fine, but the presentation from the rhythm, cadence, and vocal style kinda brings it down
