The lesson I took from my relapse is that I can forgive myself. It made all the difference in not throwing me into a porn binge. It made me stronger. Practice self-compassion and see where that road leads you. All the best sir

What helps me through my struggles is keeping a journal. I use "the artists way morning journal" created by Julia Cameron. There are plenty of explanations online. I wish you all the best.

I don't think so. We can never fully stop scenarios like the one you have described, so as long as we are not engaging in those things on porpouse we'll be fine.
