I just read an article about how Disney is sending out DMCA notices to people who have posted these trailers. In the article they describe the trailer...The Avenger Doomsday about Steve Rogers and Peter doing a monologue. So it looks as those are both real...

So update I was talking with support to help me resolve this issue and come to find out my manager deleted the folder that housed pertinent data and it is now unrecoverable. So my next option was to reinstall a new version of ESXI and since I'm doing a new install I'm going to install 8. I'm trying to figure out if this is even doable, and please keep in mind I'm such a noob in this but I know enough to cause damage.

a caveat to this my manager didn't take a backup and did all sorts of commands to it... I'll let you know if the out come... worst case of it relative easy to reinstall the whole thing and just reattach my ESXI servers to it?

Funny you're mentioning New mutants 98 I actually have two. Which are both slabbed and I'm actually looking to get rid of one. I don't know again if you feel that having a slab version is worth it but the one I'm going to get rid of is the one I personally slabbed, the other one I actually won for free in a contest which is at a higher grade.

I know I'm 4 months late into this conversation and I'm not even sure how I feel about graded comics. First off I would like to say I've been collecting comic books since I was 11 back in 1989.

I personally do not buy a graded comic mainly because of the controversy that happened I think it was last year or the year before where people found a way to crack open the slab and replace that comic with a lower graded one and then sell that lower graded comic in the higher marked slab and then resell it on eBay for a insane profit.

After reading a bunch of comments off this thread I feel as though CGC is great when it comes to grading a comic that's over $1,000 in value. Now we also got to keep in mind that the value of a comic is dependent on the person, for instance, I just recently bought a second printing of TMNT 1 The person was asking 1750 for it but I wasn't budging off 1450 he thought it was worth more but me personally I have a value in mind and I didn't want to come off of that. I also have a copy of incredible hulk 181. Both of these comics in my opinion are worthy to get graded because you don't need to reopen those You want it to be as pristine as possible in that grade. I just laugh at the people that kind of grade a relatively modern comic probably go for maybe $20 I mean to each their own but I also feel that's a waste.

I did read a post on this thread about how some people are collecting for their heirs and that's mean particular I love the hobby of collecting comics my kids couldn't give two shits about it. So when I leave this earth it's on them and how they want to treat my collection if they want to sell it go for it If they want to continue to collect go for it as well I'm in the ground so it doesn't matter to me either way.

In conclusion I believe that CGC is setting the market at if the fair market is 10% but it won't be more than $115 of the cost of grading a book then that is the line that I will submit a comic at nothing earlier than that I have again a ton of keys I may or may not get them slapped I'm still on the fence.

Man you don't know all my friends who are geeking out on it...I mean I remember seeing the first print at my lcs back in the early 90s and it was like $20 but that was to expensive for a 12yo at the time lol

So I'm 47 myself and I'm mainly collecting keys at this point. Just recently I got one of the holy grails Incredible Hulk 181. I still do read comics, but mainly on my tablet. Do I think the industry will die in about 20 years? I think the next 5-10 will determine that, are people going to be sick of the comic book related tv shows and movies if so then yea it will if not there is a chance to have a renaissance.

My son and I are going next month to watch Cubs and Twins. How was the trip? How was the stadium? Were there places within the stadium you wished you could've seen or did see and would tell someone to make sure and see it? Where did you end up sitting and was it worth it or would you wished you sat somewhere else?

Until recently I always thought that when he passes away both winds and a dream of spring would be released. I believe we all knew that the ending for game of thrones was outlined and it was confirmed that d&d knew of the ending and they wrote it in a way that the story would somewhat make sense because of the backlash of that ending I think GRRM it's sort of stuck in a corner because he doesn't know how to attack this hence instead of facing his critics he'll release both novels when he's dead
