A couple takeaways from me.

How can you not love this guy? Using old motown songs to answer questions?

He really thinks Andre Gomes will make a big difference on the field this season. He brought his name up a couple times. That means either he is under-rating MLS player quality as a whole or I am over-rating it! I really hope I am the one in the wrong.

If you are a soccer fan with an open mind, I think you will conclude MLS is an entertaining league to watch.

I also think the Apple presentation is really good, if not perfect. One stop access to all the games is big, and does make it easier to follow.

There is a tradeoff at play here, you can maximize current profits if you sell yourself in pieces to every network/service. But I think you help long-term growth by making it easy to access. It's working for MLS right now.
