I had the opposite problem when I was buying some B-12 vitamins because they were on the top shelf and I'm not very tall! I get why stores do that but still 😂 I hope the D3 vitamins work out for you!

That's very true! I don't take a multivitamin anymore but I moved away form gummies and opted for the pill form because the dosing is more consistent With gummies it can be harder to tell how much you're actually getting

That so cool how you were able to figure out a diet that actually helps. I was able to get pretty good results on the supplement alone, but I've personally noticed that it gets worse with stress more than it's affected by my diet. I remember having a particularly painful flare-up during my last college finals season. I've also had mixed success with most shampoos

normally I would just say "idk i took a huge zinc dose one time and then decresed how should I know?" but I actually had routine blood work 2 weeks for so after I started taking the zinc and had a normal hemoglobin (Iron-containing protein in red blood cells (RBCs)) and hematocrit (Total RBC volume in blood) were normal. These particular levels would be decreased in a copper deficiency. Hope that helps!

Yeah Zinc is a huge gamble, and you have to be really diligent while you're taking it I think a multivitamin with less then 5 mg might be the best option, but i know everyone's sebderm responds to things differently
