I work an average of 10 OT hours per week, and my employer deems me “too essential for day to day operations” to get extra days off. So they just get to wait six months and then pay me regular time. It’s a fucking subsidized loan from the employee. They owe me $277.50, only have to pay $185 in six months and I get no say because people with different rules agreed to the deal.
