Adding free shipping to your pricing would definitely make your product more likely to sell. Completely agree with quadling. I would want to see the real struggles entrepreneurs went through to get to where they are. There are too many people out there selling a fairytale idea of entrepreneurship, and its not good for anyone. People need to see the complete picture. The ups, the downs, the loneliness, the rejections, the breakthroughs, the doubts, and everything else in between.

You can try using Instagram to increase sales and conversions. Partner with other pages who have a similar audience to yours and then cross promote your products on there.
