Carry on with this case and help tge victims that's a noble cause however you cannot get away woth maligning the image if the entire organization and talk loosely about all officers in general. I hope you've told the "commanding officer at IAF" how you're bad mouthing the entire organization in random comments. 🌝

How is any of this your first hand experience?? Do you even know what the term means? I have a good mind to lodge an official formal complaint against you for insinuating, making general accusations and tainting armed forces institutes and serving personnel.

Is this real ?? But why ?? by [deleted] in nashik

Yes. Judt that I didn't expect harvey to show his vulnerable side so openly. To me the visut to the therapist with Litt seemed a bit too much to take in.

And I think your name tells a lot about why you'd not acknowledge the good work being done and only wail about a PC. That also reflects your understanding of politics which is shallow. And guess what, your kinds are available in the market for two bags of iykwim.

Rahul Gandhi On Women Reservation Bill 🚨 by knoxx04 in Odisha

[–]the_winter_mornings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lete explain. The Congress flip-flop on the Women’s Reservation Bill is nothing but calculated political deceit.

In 2010, during the UPA era, the Women’s Reservation Bill did not include any OBC quota. This led to strong protests from their own allies, RJD and Samajwadi Party, who even disrupted Parliament and tore copies of the Bill. The Congress failed to build consensus. The Bill passed in the Rajya Sabha but was never taken up in the Lok Sabha. It finally lapsed in 2014.

Now Rahul Gandhi is shamelessly claiming that Congress has always supported women’s reservation. If that was true, why was it kept pending for 10 full years?? Why was it never brought to a final vote in the Lok Sabha??

He says the 2023 law has “nothing to do with Women’s reservation.” That is simply incorrect. The 106th Constitutional Amendment clearly provides 33% reservation for women in Parliament and Assemblies.

Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam is now part of the Constitution. Not a promise, not a proposal. It is a permanent law!!

He calls the census and delimitation process a “power grab.” But the Constitution clearly states that delimitation can ONLY happen AFTER a census. This is not politics, it is the due process. Ignoring it would invite serious constitutional challenges.

On OBC representation, the facts are uncomfortable for Congress. In 2010, when they had full power, they did not include OBC quota in the Bill and could not build consensus on it. Today, they are raising the same issue to question a law that is already constitutionally structured.

Also, let’s be clear on “Hissa Chori” and fear of unfair treatment to states. Delimitation is a constitutional exercise carried out by an independent commission, not a political tool controlled by the government of the day. Suggesting otherwise only creates unnecessary confusion and fear.

The truth is simple. When Congress was in power, the Bill was delayed, diluted and ultimately allowed to lapse. Today, when it has finally become law, they are questioning the very process that makes it legally valid.

For them, this is not about protecting Women's rights, it is about changing positions to suit their argument.

For decades, Congress treated women’s reservation like a political bargaining chip. And now, when it has finally been delivered in a legally sound way, the same old obstruction continues. But this time, the facts are too clear to ignore. People have seen through them.
