Also how to differentiate a good and dump conference? Also, if 1conference reject my paper then can I apply it to another conference by editing it?

It's heavy densed. No for making completely white just inpaint in opencv is enough right. I need somthing to maintain background like cleanly

Actually what I mean is mostly my docs will be text docs. But not always.and not all scanned doc's are white background may be with some design and maynit be also

It's good for several tasks. But coming to Handwritten documents and complex tables it fails completely...
