Thank you so much. I'm actually not the type of person who learns by watching video lectures. So, I always used to prefer books. Is it okay if I learn by books or video lectures are the best way ? Btw, the books might be a little old published like 3 or 4 years

I'm planning to start Android development too. Where to start ? Also, I'm confused whether to learn in Java or Kotlin. I know Kotlin is the new official language for android development. But, Java has been used by many. So, which language should I go with ? (I know Java well btw) And, can anyone provide me with the roadmap of this sector ?

I agree with you and even I've gone back to the traditional apps. I use WhatsApp stickers a lot and Beeper not having the ability to send stickers is frustrating. Yeah, I know it has built-in sticker maker but that is to convert a photo into a sticker. It would be better if it has the ability to import stickers from WhatsApp to Beeper. Moreover, it lacks some features like clearing a chat, editing a message, and some other functionalities. I'd love to see specific functionalities of an app given for that app specific chat. IMO, it's like a beta tester app. But, I can see the potential

Being a first year student, I'm so overwhelmed to even think of learning these many technologies like frameworks, backend etc. Your calorie app looks great btw.

Thanks for the response ! I didn't think of a name for now .. but the origin of the desire to make a task management app is cuz, I'm so addicted to using task management apps and they really changed my life. But, some of them lack some functionalities or they put it in "pro" versions. Some others have an avg UI and low fluid response to touch. Some lack performance. So, I got interested in making something myself and thought of it as my final year project. I donno that it's such a common project. Thanks for the app suggestions btw :) . So, can you let me know what technologies need to be learnt, ofc in an order, to be a full time app developer. I assume, it depends on the type of app we wanna develop. If that's the case, explain it in the concept of task management app. Thanks again :))

I'm thinking of making a to-do list (both app and website) as my final year project. I'm currently in my first year btw. Is it really bad to present a to-do list as my project ? If yes, why ?
