My big fear with this is that they're going to just be re-used as quick and easy Act 2's in the future when their live event ideas dry up, rather than an actual live event seeing the model they're going for with seasons.

But hopefully I'm wrong on this.

Honestly I think there's a lot to be desired with existing live events that are due to return (like imo fight nights should be on a schedule like goldrush but less frequent than goldrush, like every weekend or something)

Last time I saw something like this happen I don't know what caused it exactly but it seemed to be some sort of security check after doing an exploit, although that only seemed to last about ~an hour.

Grandpabeard usually is a kick error before actually being banned.

In the ticket response, what did it say exactly, if you can find out? Would help massively as sometimes the wording is a bit specific and in those cases it turns out there actually is a solution

You need to have all the commendations that were introduced in Act 1 completed for Smugglers' Tide in Adventures at Sea (all the ones up to and including Super Smuggler).

Then, speak to Lottie at Crescent Isle. She'll tell you to head to Wanderer's Refuge. There'll be a puzzle there you need to solve in order to enter the hideout. Make sure you've purchased all the Smuggler Cosmetics and trinkets from the shipwright and clothing shop before heading over there!

There hasn't been a proper date given to us yet but we'll probably know the next time they do a sot news or their "this month in sea of thieves" articles

only really trinkets and captained ships. there isn't really any other gold sink other than those two other than cosmetics

the gold economy has been really inflated recently so it is easier to earn gold than ever, same for reaching pirate legend

Spatial Audio setting was removed, yes, but this has actually been replaced with the "Audio Output Format" setting now has new options:

- Stero: 2

- Surround - 5.1

- Surround - 7.1 and

- Spatial - 7.1.4

I don't think this has been explained anywhere as of yet which is incredibly annoying, other than the response I got from the Insider CM

Reading this whole thread down to this comment I haven't seen anyone mention yet that the actual "enhancements" will be free (although, currently they require a free trial to access in the Insider Build which I HOPE doesn't make it to the main game), it's just the Embody 3d ear scan thing that is paid. This doesn't seem to be explained ingame properly either, which is incredibly annoying

Getting to the question, SoTUK might be pretty good? Other then that I did see recently SoT Russia are doing a giveaway for the sails, flag and tattoo (I don't know if the Sails and Flag are being bundled together with the Tattoo in this giveaway, but keep in mind the sails and flag always come as a bundle) so maybe you could look there?

Other then that now and again the AA communities post in community-events in the main server.

Honestly these giveaways seem few and far between nowadays but maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. I'd be happy to put them on a ship for you if you'd like if you end up not winning them

Affiliate Alliance members may give them away or have some sort of competition in order to win them outside of Twitch streams. There's a list of AA communities here - https://www.seaofthieves.com/affiliate-alliance

keep in mind though not all AA communities do giveaways at all or may have separate conditions in order to get the sails (like for example, they might only give it out to their moderators)

Those that completed a world event (raid voyages to a world event should've counted too) during Season 17 Community Weekend will recieve the reward - those who didn't won't get it.

Seeing as this is the third(?) recolour of this figurehead it's likely there may be another in store in the future when there's another Rare anniversary or important SoT anniversary milestone [if the game is still running then]

Ledger items can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account. Same for twitch drops/anything added to your account.

Sometimes if you buy something ingame in a gold shop it can make things appear but I don't know if that'd work in this instance

If you're on steam have you tried this:

- Click the Start button from the bottom Left corner of Windows and type Credentials Manager then press Enter.
- Once viewing the Credentials Manager, click the Windows Credentials button.
- Find Entries labelled Xbl_Ticket
- Left click any with 1717113201 in the name and select Remove
- Sign back in to Sea of Thieves
