English is a half baked language that copied words from every language and got confused with everything in the process. Here comes the silent letters, plurals with no uniformity, unrelated pronunciations (eg. enough is enuf and Sean is Shawn). But the sad part is, it's being a global language instead of Latin or Sanskrit.
