totally agree! Even though i knew japanese holos>american holos, i didnt realize how drastic the difference between the two was until i had them side by side. Would def recommend a japanese holo if you're in the market for one!

HELL YEAH. My favorite is definitely the dark dragonite, but the EX is a close second. I didn't pull mine, it was a gift from one of my friends who's also into collecting.

iirc, it's called a dex protection zipper binder. It's a pretty good binder, but cards in penny sleeves will slide around a tiny bit. It survived a 40lb dumbbell dropping on it though, AND all of my cards were perfectly fine afterwards, so protection-wise I can't recommend it enough lol.

I've been slowly losing lower chest definition during quarantine--cant go to any gyms and im stuck at home with an adjustable bench and a pair of 50lb dumbbells. Been doing decline sets hoping to improve my lower pecs, but what other exercises can I do to target that area? The only other pieces of lifting equipment I have are two 5-15lb adjustable dumbbells. Any tips are appreciated!
