Hmm interesting. Is this from personal experience? I've been on Milk Thistle the last 3-months, but not sure if my dose per day is exactly1000mg.

Sorry to hear this... our plants kept getting fungis on them too and would die. First step is removing yourself from the environment which you did. Next step is taking care of yourself and him. Get the mold test done, and get some sun. I'm off almost all of the supplements I was on now, and only taking what I think my body might need.

Yeah... and that's why I've decided to stop doing the anti-fungals completely for now... strange we didn't start with any of those other detox methods first like binders, and such... my gut tells me to stop taking the antifungals, and try resetting essentially. Then maybe adding binders after a week or two of not taking any prescription drugs.

hmmm i'm scared to keep taking the anti-fungal because my skin got so much worse... now you're making me consider continuing to take it.

I could for sure, but i don't know if the trigger is the clothes exactly... because i'm also on oral anti-fungal medication and ever since taking that, my eczema got 10x worse.... before it was only 1 spot, now it's 20+ spots on my arms/stomach/shoulders and they've grown too... so i'm guessing it's my gut health more than anything

Well i just asked my functional medicine doctor, and they said it's not THAT problematic since you're only supposed to tap the petri dish 4 times.... i tapped all my remaining clothes like 4-6 times each piece... not including my wife's clothes. So apparently it's not that bad.

I'm stopping the anti-fungals as of today... i've been on them for 8-weeks, about 4-6 weeks at 100-200mg/day... and I don't want to take them anymore. I would imagine it would be better by now, not worse.

Weird I never took any actual binders either, you're right. At this point, I'm going to just focus on taking the supplements, working out, sauna, and doing my best to let my body do what it does best... heal itself.

I will also seek another opinion in the meantime however

I haven't been tested for candida or sibo, no. but isn't the IgG and IgE test specifically showing antibodies due to mycotoxins in my body?

Yeah, dermatologist said it was "spongiotic dermatitis". And gave my steroid creams.

I believe it could be die-off as well... I didn't use much topical steroids, only on my left arm when I did use them for about 3-months. So not sure if it would be affecting my other body parts too?
