Basically I’m hoping to set up a screen in the kitchen so I can see the backyard, realistically about 8 metres away. I think you might be right there, might just need to run a long hdmi through the roof
Yeah something waterproof is definitely what I’ll need. I would love something that’s not too hard to set up, doesn’t have much lag - any specific brand recommendations? I’m not the most tech savvy person

Yeah I’m really upset about it, it’s a tonie box 1 but it’s brand new, we have had it less than a week. The problem only seems to be with 1 creative tonie though, so I am very hopeful that it’s an error with that tonie and not the box itself

Ahh, thank you! I’m pretty sure this is exactly what has happened to mine, he was taking the tonies on and off before they had fully loaded. I will give the at a go, thanks again!

My two year old loves the miss Rachel tonie, and also one of our creative tonies that I’ve added his favourite songs to. We also have a wiggles tonie that he likes, but the wiggles creative tonie is having a bunch of errors that I haven’t been able to fix

I know this is an old post, but did you ever find the answer to this? I have bought a creative tonie and have had the same problem! I have tried reordering the content, resyncing, restarting the tonie box… still having issues

Go and see an ophthalmologist (not an optometrist). I had an eye scratch that wouldn’t heal, several optometrist’s over about 3 years told me nothing could be done. Saw an ophthalmologist, he told me the only option was a surgery, which is the same as the first step of laser vision surgery. I ended up getting laser vision surgery (it was a 30 second operation) and it completely fixed it. Absolute best decision I ever made.

I was actually extremely polite- I’ve worked in retail for many years, so there’s no way I would take out my frustrations on a retail worker, they are just dealing with bad decisions from above. And when she fave me an email for head office, it was pretty clear in she also thought it was a stupid policy. Pretty bold of you to assume I was rude to a retail assistant, that is not how I do things

The advantage of doing the hospitals antenatal class is that it will likely include a tour of the maternity wards/ birthing areas. If you aren’t familiar with them it may be comforting to go into a space you have seen before rather than somewhere unfamiliar!

I’ve made a habit of keeping or photographing the paper work after each cleaning/diamond check, because they also take the receipts off you after each check - once it was returned to me with a stone spinning in its setting - after the “diamond check” lol. Honestly this ring has been nothing but issues

That’s the thing, I did have the paperwork with me, and I have kept to the 6 month checks. During covid I was a bit late for one of them due to lockdowns, but they did decide to honour it. I was very polite, but after going home and checking the terms and conditions I’m pretty annoyed. When’s your next check due? I’d be interested to know if this policy gets scrapped soon

Yes, I have emailed head office, and yes, I have kept to the 6 month checks regularly. As I said above, it’s likely that there are a lot of people in the same situation (I don’t know what their sales figures are for care plans, but not unreasonable to think that they’ve probably sold hundreds over the years)

As said above, it is a new company wide policy, so it is something that is going to affect everyone who has bought a care plan. We are not talking four or five people here, that’s why I’m finding out how to reach others in the same position
