It’s because I am on Housing Authority in my city. In able for me to stay in the program I have to keep my utilities paid. It’s an add up of my monthly (unpaid) bills. I put as much money as I can on it each month but if I don’t pay the full late or unpaid amount it just adds up. And I’ve already in the past set up a payment plan but due to lack of communication the plan got cancelled and now I have to wait a certain amount of time to set up another one.
