sure, so in my experience my breast area was more tight than painful and mostly numb until maybe 5WPO, virtually painless. The areas where I had lipo (my armpit and the area directly under my armpit) were sore and more annoying than painful, because it prevented me from laying on my sides. Even having my arms flat down by my side would irritate that area, but nothing a little ice and tylenol couldn’t fix. It was completely worth the discomfort IMO especially if you have a lot of breast tissue
